By accessing raisetech.in, enrolling in a program, or using any Raise Tech service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our programs are open to learners aged 16 and above. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Enrolment is confirmed only after we receive the applicable fee (in full or as agreed in an instalment plan). Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Seats in a cohort are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your batch start date, provided you have not completed more than 15% of the program content. After that window, fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.
You may request to defer to the next available cohort of the same program up to 3 days before your batch start date, subject to seat availability. A one-time deferral is permitted per enrolment.
You agree to attend classes, participate respectfully, and refrain from sharing session links, recordings, or course material with anyone outside your cohort. Violations may result in removal from the program without refund.
All curriculum, recordings, slides, projects, and materials are the intellectual property of Raise Tech. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your learning. Reproduction, resale, or public distribution is not permitted.
Placement support – including resume reviews, interview prep, and referrals -is offered to eligible learners who complete the program requirements. Raise Tech does not guarantee employment, salary, or specific outcomes. Career outcomes depend on your effort, skills, and market conditions.
Some programs use third-party tools, APIs, or cloud credits. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms. Raise Tech is not responsible for outages or changes to third-party platforms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raise Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the program in question.
We may update curriculum, schedules, mentors, or delivery mode to keep programs relevant. We will communicate material changes to enrolled learners in advance.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
